State Certification

Pest control in New York is regulated by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC). Every applicator on our staff holds active NYSDEC pesticide applicator certification — without it, no one is permitted to apply restricted-use pesticides in New York.

Our active NYSDEC license number is provided on every service report and available on request.

Insurance

We carry active commercial general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on every job. Certificates of insurance are available to commercial clients and property managers on request.

EPA Compliance

Every product we use is EPA-registered. Every application follows EPA label requirements for use, dilution, target pest, and re-entry. Our applicators document every product applied on every job — available to you on request.

Integrated Pest Management (IPM)

IPM is the EPA-recognized framework for effective, lower-impact pest control. We follow IPM principles on every job: identify the pest, monitor activity, prefer non-chemical controls where feasible, and use targeted chemical treatments only when warranted.

Background Checks

Every technician passes a background check. Every technician arrives uniformed and identifiable. We don't use day-labor subcontractors.
